Averroes Holding Group was founded in 2016 by entrepreneur Younes Slaoui.

Averroes Holding takes its name from the great Andalusian scholar, philosopher, physician and jurist Averroes, who embodies the symbol of a visionary and innovative Morocco. His intellectual, scientific and moral legacy has transcended the ages and inspires us every day;

Inspired by its commitment to knowledge and ethics, Averroes Holding was founded. Its activities reflect the ambition to build innovative projects working for the collective well-being.

Averroes Holding initially developed in the field of education. Younes Slaoui co-founded the «Ecole Française Internationale de Casablanca», and the «Odyssey Education», group, a Paris-based group specializing in international French education abroad.

The holding company has gradually broadened its activities, investing in healthcare and higher education in 2022 and in property and hotels in 2024, thereby consolidating its position as a major player.

Through each of its investments, Averroes Holding is committed to actively contributing to the development of human capital and to the socio-economic dynamics of the Kingdom of Morocco.
